Yet Another Illegal Charged With Child Sex Crimes

This marks the seventh time I have written about another crime that could have been prevented if we had a secure border, and I doubt it will be the last one I will write about until we finally do.

Up in Chambersburg, Pa., a 29-year-old illegal immigrant from Guatemala named Oseas Froilan Gomez Tebalan was arrested for "corruption of minors" and "indecent assault" after having "inappropriate contact" with a child victim.

Libs Of TikTok first brought this to my attention, as it often does:

He was also apparently charged with driving under the influence, but unfortunately, I cannot find much about the nature of his crimes or any additional information other than it appears he had committed the "inappropriate contact" with a child victim in early January.

What I do know is that he was deported back in 2017 under President Trump but had reentered the country at an unknown point, but I would not be shocked if he came back in under President Biden's watch.

"The indictment alleges that Gomez-Tebalan was previously removed from the United States on March 18, 2017, through Phoenix, Arizona, and it is alleged that he was subsequently found in the United States without having first obtained legal permission to reenter the country. The indictment also alleges that on March 21, 2024, Gomez-Tebalan was encountered in Franklin County, Pennsylvania," as the Tri-State Alert said.

Again, this is pretty much all I was able to find about the case.

Still, how many more Americans must suffer in the name of Biden's handlers' permanent new voting bloc?

I have written at length about the sort of horrible crimes that could have been prevented if the border was not wide open and people were being let in with next to no vetting, including the most recent instance where another Guatemalan illegal immigrant named Gabriel Cuz-Choc viciously murdered his girlfriend and her four-year-old daughter by stabbing them multiple times in Dover, Fla.

And just a few days before that, I wrote about Miguel Hernandez Ruiz of Mexico, who sexually assaulted two girls under the age of 13 in St. Joseph County, Mich., back in March and was apprehended after a twelve-day manhunt.

There are plenty more, the rest of the PJ Media and Townhall crew and I have documented, ranging from murders, rapes, drunk driving incidents that claimed lives, and instances of terrorists coming across the border. We can tell you about how many have been deported before only to reenter, how many are tied to criminal gangs in their home countries, and other reasons why they should not have been here.

I could remind you how unfair it is that Biden's handlers are letting people like these in with no vetting while I have to wait over a year to bring my wife here legally.

But I would just be repeating myself until we finally see sanity on the border again.
