Gun-Controlled California County Becomes the 'Wild, Wild West'

Shootings and homicides are decreasing across most of the U.S., but in Alameda County, California, it's a very different story. In fact, one anti-violence activist describes it as "the wild, wild West," with "guns everywhere" despite all of California's restrictive laws.
